Frequently Asked Questions
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What is the transaction fee exactly?
The transaction fee is Storvly's platform commission, taken automatically at the point of sale via Paystack split payments. The remaining amount goes directly to your bank account — Storvly never holds your money.
What happens when my trial ends?
After 14 days your store enters a grace period. You'll need to subscribe to keep full access. Your data is never deleted — all products, orders and customer records stay safe until you reactivate.
What are add-ons?
Add-ons are optional features you can purchase separately — like WhatsApp Nudge for abandoned cart recovery, Email Campaigns, or Daily Drops for story-style product posts. They can be added to any plan from your billing dashboard.
Does the Starter plan really have no credit card required?
Yes — all new stores get a full 14-day free trial of the Starter plan. No credit card required. At the end of the trial you can subscribe to continue, or upgrade to Growth or Scale.
